This is one of those great questions of the fandom, but I thought it would be a fun way to get to know everyone here better! So, I'll start us off. My favorite pairings in Hetalia essentially reveal a lot about my views on history and socio-political things. Order of pairing also does not mean I don't mind it the other way either, and I'll read (and write) just about anything. I frankly don't have much in the way of OTPs... Hetalia has so many awesome pairings possible that I find it hard to choose... ^^;
Though I admit to having a weakness for:
Russia/China
Austria/Hungary/Prussia (My OT3, but I don't mind various permutations of this trio)
Canada/Ukraine
Turkey/Anyone
France/England (-glares up at France-mun, whose fault it is-)
Spain/Romano (Though this is hard to find written well, so I'm getting a little turned off to it)
Sweden/Finland

Favorite pairing in Hetalia? I would have to say that mine are as followed:
America x England (*Is beaten and shot by FrUK shippers*)
China x Russia
Spain x Romano
I have to admit that my favorite pairing is USUK, just simply because I love their historical backgrounds with each other as well as their 'Special Relationship' in modern day. I find them intriguing, not shipping them because they look 'adorable'. I guess FrUk is alright to me as well, it's just slightly harder for me to get into it. *Sighs*

My Hetalia OTP is US/UK. The close second is Russia/UK. (Don't ask me why I like Russia/UK. I just like that pairing). And I like many pairings as well, like, Spain/Romano, France/Canada, Sweden/Finland, Germany/Italy, China/Japan... And many others...

 That was like...my first ever favorite pairing. XD; even before USxUK  oh and this too~! (France/Vietnam)  And then there's Russia/China Russia/US XD and Prussia/Austria~ OOH AND TAIWAN/HK. 8D :D |

My OTP is UK/US, but as far as crazy violent hatesex goes I'm inclined towards Greece/Turkey.
I also like Spain/South Italy and Austria/Hungary/Prussia antics. :~)
