Well, to start off, I have to say:
Switzerland/His GunLiechtenstein in that form. I'm willing to see them as just bro and sis as well, but I don't like anyone else with the two of them.
Aside from that, I like:
Spain/Romano
Denmark/Norway
Latvia/Sealand/Latvia
Austria/Hungary
Sweden/Finland
Lithuania/Poland
Those are really the main ones, I believe. I like a lot more than that, but those are the main ones.

My OTP would totally be Korea/Hong Kong though.
But I think I ship all the Asians together. DERP.
Asian/Asian for the win 8,D
I do also like Russia/China, Germany/NItaly, and Belarus/Russia(Belarus/Russia/America is amazing OT3 though =3=b)
I'm open about most of the pairings, but those tend to be my fav.

I really don't have an OTP, seeing as I don't like romance in general (my friends swear I'm asexual or something).
But I've always sort of liked RussiaxChina, I'm not exactly sure why. Also, UkrainexCanada, it's practically the definition of adorkable.

Well, my OTP is UsxUk...
But I have a bunch I fuss over, most of which are sorta crack.
But lately I have really liked Germany x Austria and Prussia x Belarus. Also quite fond of England x China. I think their little family with Hong kong is rather adorable.
...I'll have a whole list if I keep talking. So cutting it short here. :]
